Job Description

As a M&SP Supply Planner you will be part of the worldwide JDE Supply Chain. Global Supply Chain arranges the supply of coffee machines and spare parts and is the main contact for international suppliers, local Operation departments and local markets. Our team works dedicated for the B2B division and ensure people enjoy coffee, tea or technical services in all out of home occasions. The department is responsible for the aggregated forecast, realization of optimal availability of products, stock management, warehousing, introductions of new machines and continuous improvement.

In this role as the M&SP Supply Planner your main goal is to work on achieving targets on customer service level and minimizing out of stocks with optimal costs and stock levels. This includes purchasing approach, purchase order management (creation and follow up POs, including blocked invoices), reporting and improving the supply chain reliability

This role means also that:

  • You will participate as Supply Chain Lead in project teams for launch of innovations, delisting of machines and spare parts
  • You will be involved in shaping the central forecasting and supply planning process with our suppliers and work on improvement opportunities
  • You will maintain the business relationship with these suppliers
  • Furthermore, you will lead the establishment of Supply Chain Service Level Agreements with our key international suppliers.

For this role as a Machines & Spare Parts Supply Planner, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You have a higher education in Economics/Logistics
  •  You have 3+ years of Supply Chain expertise gained within an international environment (ideally Service logistics or Electronics)
  • You are a team player with key internal & external stakeholder management skills and with the ability to effectively communicate & influence others
  • You are eager to take ownership and initiative: You make it happen!
  • You have highly developed analytical, numerical skills and work accurate
  • You have sound knowledge of SAP, advanced skills in Excel
  • We expect you to have a strong command in English, as this is our business language. Additional languages are an advantage.
